Do you store wine for out of state clients?
Yes. We can receive wines for which direct shipment is not permitted by many states.
Do you send wine to clients?
Yes.
Do I need to sign up in person?
No, contact us via fax, postal mail or email and we can set you up.
How hard is it to bring all my wine in?
Easy. We have a loading dock with a freight elevator for your initial move-in. We can arrange to do all the work for you or can assist you.
Do you move cellars?
Yes, we can go to your Portland house and move your collection to your new locker.
Can I start with a small space and upgrade as I need it?
Yes, so long as a larger space is available.
What about storing some bottles at home?
Great idea; check out the Silent Cellar wine cabinets we offer.
Can I get a tour of the facility before I sign up?
Yes; please call in advance so we can expect you.
Is it really self-service or can I get help if I need it?
We are always happy to help, but are only on site during regular business hours and Saturdays. We can provide a number of services by appointment,
Can you provide food if I want to entertain in the tasting room?
Yes, Portland Wine Storage caters; call for details.
